Rick Pavlat leads the foundation's efforts to help build strategic relationships that are crucial to the foundation's work.

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Rick began working with the poor of Manila, Philippines in 1991. He is currently a board member of the H.A.N.D.S. foundation and one of the national leaders of Youth With A Mission/Philippines. Rick and his wife, Ollie, reside in Metro Manila.
